Requirements:

	<li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt 36.0pt;">Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities and IT teams

IT Administrator

Finance &amp; Regulatory Support Administrator – Stockton 
Permanent – Part Time 
Salary – up to £25875 (pro rata) 
Annual leave – 25 days + bank holidays (pro rata) 
Pension – 10% employer contribution 
Although this role is based in Stockton, they will join our Beckton support team and work solely on Beckton. The rest of the Beckton finance team work remotely and the candidates line manager is based in Leicester. The candidate must be willing to occasionally travel as the team will meet up in a central location (all travel costs would be reimbursed if not paid for directly). 
This role is part time 3 days per week – we can be flexible with which days these are. Or if an individual would like to spread their three days hours across 4 days we could accommodate this too (would not accommodate condensing into 2 days) – 22.5 hours per week. If there were a particular day they needed to be in the office for billing/training etc we would require some flexibility from their part too. 
The role holder must have a good level of excel skill and great attention to detail.

Part Time Finance Assistant

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the appointment of an Assistant Management Accountant. 
 
The purpose of this role is to work with the Management Accountants, FP&A and wider finance department to prepare the monthly Revenue Management Accounts for the Group 
 
Responsibilities include: 
 
Technical delivery

	<li>Using a range of financial data to work as a team to generate the monthly/quarterly Revenue Management Accounts for the organisation
	<li>Provide variance analysis at month end
	<li>Ensure completion of daily bank reconciliations.
	<li>Prepare weekly gross profit projections and carry out regular analysis of monthly and yearly revenue against budget.
	<li>Preparing financial reports for senior management to assist with decision making.
	<li>Maintain accurate schedule of work papers throughout the month.
	<li>Identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes and to contribute to the wider finance project on the implementation of Workday.
	<li>Communicating at all levels within the organisation, with the capability to present financial information to non-finance colleagues and teams.
	<li>Assist and support the annual financial audit and external audits and own resolutions where required.

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working exclusively with our Talent Partner, GeoPura, in their search for a Service Delivery Manager.

As the Service Delivery Manager you’ll deliver zero-emissions power by overseeing HPU installations to major customers. You’ll work to tight deadlines to deliver customer power on (and off dates) on high profile deployments, whist overseeing a deployment through its lifetime onsite.

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Manage allocated HPU deployments and ensure pre-agreed customer power on dates/times are met through the management of deployment tasks such as customer-facing meetings, booking cranage & transport, requesting labour resources and hydrogen deliveries
	<li>Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered throughout a deployment’s lifetime
	<li>Complete schedules and resource plans to ensure deployments stay on track, hold various internal and external stakeholders accountable to deliver as agreed
	<li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which will include an electrical design team, service facility, labour schedulers, hydrogen delivery planners and onsite teams to name a few
	<li>Ability to be extremely flexible & dynamic to meet changing customer requirements
	<li>Ensure our companies’ Health & Safety policies are upheld
	<li>Ensure equipment is accounted for both onsite and offsite post deployment
	<li>Attend customer meetings & site visits
	<li>Ability to maintain and update deployment documentation

Desirable Experience

<ul>
	<li>Demonstrable experience working in an operations planning/management role
	<li>Proven experience delivering temporary/permanent installations in relevant sectors such as temporary power, electrical, battery, solar, hydrogen, UPS installations
	<li>Very strong technical background in the field of engineering (electrical)
	<li>Experience working on major events and meeting critical deadlines
	<li>Can demonstrate attention to detail regarding work quality
	<li>Self-motivated and can manage priorities and workload to meet deadlines
	<li>Excellent communication skills
	<li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
	<li>Experience working in the hydrogen industry
	<li>Knowledge of the temporary power industry
	<li>University Degree in relevant subject or a technical qualification
	<li>You must hold a valid, full UK driving licence

Clean energy without limits

The organisation’s headcount plan was ambitious, and required an expanded recruitment capability to deliver it, but with varying recruitment volumes throughout the year, they needed a flexible solution. Geopura considered hiring an in-house recruiter, but the niche roles they were looking to fill, combined with the variability of their recruitment requirements and limited employer brand within the market meant that this solution wasn’t viable. They also considered expanding their use of recruitment agencies, but the unpredictable costs involved in this were difficult to align with their plans.

Geopura’s growth was starting to accelerate in 2022, but that came with its own problems

By placing one of our talent partners on-site, on a scalable basis from two to five days per week, we were able to optimise their recruitment process from start to finish and help them achieve their headcount plan. Our process started with an in-depth audit of their recruitment process, from job specification writing and job board usage analysis to interview technique and offer management. From there we took detailed briefs of the roles on offer and got to work sourcing candidates directly through our talent partner, with assistance from our wider, specialist recruitment team, and created a preferred supplierlist for the specialist roles we didn’t have the expertise to fill ourselves.

To assist Geopura in their ambitious growth journey, Jackson Hogg proposed our flagship Talent Partnership service.

Our talent partner assisted in creating an apprenticeship scheme to foster new talent, and by optimising the recruitment process and controlling all activities centrally, time to offer was reduced by 22%. This all allowed Geopurato achieve their headcount plans, continue their growth journey and focus on their innovative technologies rather than recruitment. Due to the success of their first 12 months, Geoupura extended their contract by a further 12 months.
