Join a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality building surveys and inspections across a diverse portfolio. You’ll be at the forefront of diagnosing and monitoring structural issues and fire damage, providing expert technical advice, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre/post inspections, including tenant alterations.
- Produce detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare applications for planning and building regulations.
- Advise on Party Wall matters and undertake quality audits.
- Be flexible with working hours to ensure project completion.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying (RICS/CIOB membership desirable).
- Proven experience in building pathology and structural defects (including Fire Damage and Damp & Mould).
- Solid knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and legislation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-working skills.
- Proficiency with IT and MS Office.
- Full UK driving licence (or access to a vehicle).
