Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business based in Stockton-on-Tees with the appointment of Customer Service Account Rep on a permanent basis.
You must have previous Customer Service experience in excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Central point of contact for customer account management
- Responsible for completing customer account set ups
- Verifying customer prices and delivery dates
- Entering customer purchase orders into the system
- Outbound calls to customers to discuss future orders
- Handle incoming calls to customer service
- Sending order acknowledgments in a timely manner
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery status
- Escalating customer issues to the supervisor
- Working closely with purchasing and planning to ensure accurate information to customers
