We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's business services marketing team. Reporting to the Social Media and Content Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the marketing department and engage with key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive engagement, generate leads, and optimize digital content across websites, social media, and email marketing.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you'll manage website content and structure, implement SEO and PPC strategies, and support targeted social media campaigns. You'll also work with fee earners to align digital content with business objectives, using data-driven insights to ensure campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Maintain and optimize multiple websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and execute PPC campaigns that deliver ROI.
- Work with external web agencies to ensure the website evolves in response to visitor data and technology trends.
- Review and report on website performance, enhancing user experience and increasing visitor interactions.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with fee earners and the Business Development team.
- Optimize email strategies using performance insights and explore automation to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with the Data Quality Team to create targeted mailing lists.
Content Creation & Distribution
- Collaborate with the Content Executive to produce engaging, informative, and entertaining content.
- Manage video and audio content creation and distribution across platforms like Vimeo and YouTube.
- Use tools like Canva to enhance content visibility and engagement.
Key Attributes & Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, and e-marketing platforms (e.g., Dot Digital, Sprout Social).
- An analytical mindset to gather, interpret, and present data to drive digital performance improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and innovate.
