Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting with an educational business with the appointment of HR Support on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.
This is a newly created role to address specific gaps in the HR department. The role will focus on updating correspondence templates, writing standard operating procedures for HR processes and/or providing iTrent expertise for system cleansing and tidying up.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a newly created role to address specific gaps in the HR department. The role will focus on updating correspondence templates, writing standard operating procedures for HR processes and/or providing iTrent expertise for system cleansing and tidying up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating correspondence templates:
- Revise and update all templates to ensure they are current and compliant with employment laws
- Ensure templates are written in the businesses tone of voice
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures:
- Develop and document SOPs for various HR processes
- Ensure SOPs are comprehensive, legally compliant and written in the businesses tone of voice
- iTrent system expertise:
- Provide expertise in iTrent to support system cleansing and tidying up
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the iTrent system
