Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a global business in Teesside in their search for a Source to Pay Global Process Manager.

This role will be responsible for the overall design of the global Source to Pay and travel processes and for the operational performance of S2P teams across two locations.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the operational performance of S2P globally, delivering high quality, cost effective accounts payable services to agreed performance targets.
• Leading the S2P steering committee meetings, ensuring the content is fit for purpose and agreed actions are completed.
• Driving compliance with the S2P standard operating procedures across the business, ensuring:
• correct site purchasing procedures are followed.
• goods or service receipts are done in a timely manner.
• supplier behaviours, particularly around compliance with required documentation standards are met.
• Leading the global process improvement projects for S2P, ensuring compliance with the agreed operational excellence framework.

As the ideal candidate you will be:

• A minimum of 5 years experience working within in Accounts Payable.
• Experience of leading a large team.
• Track record of continuous improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of SOX and Internal Controls.
