Marketing Executive

One of our clients, a leading UK-based manufacturer and service provider, is seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Assistant to support their continued growth. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn, develop, and build a career in B2B marketing, working closely with a skilled Marketing Manager. You’ll be actively involved in all aspects of the marketing department, gaining hands-on experience and contributing creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement.
• Oversee assigned projects within the marketing department from start to finish.
• Create and design brochures in InDesign, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Produce compelling content, including photography, video, icons, and presentations for various channels.
• Write engaging, targeted content with input from internal experts, making technical information accessible to diverse audiences.
• Use HubSpot Marketing CRM to manage customer data, create targeted campaigns, monitor engagement, and generate reports.
• Manage website content through HubSpot CMS, enhancing user experience, updating pages, and optimizing SEO.
• Assist with event and exhibition planning, including stand design, promotions, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support informed marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience in B2B marketing/communications.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and programs independently.
• Proactive, motivated self-starter who takes ownership of projects.
• Proficiency in InDesign.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with HubSpot Marketing CRM and CMS.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Adobe CC programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Video creation skills and an understanding of SEO are a plus.
